Report Maintenance Issues Edit page

It's obvious to us all--we have maintenance issues to address throughout Sunset Ridge. Since it is unrealistic to hope that a handful of people will notice every problem throughout this complex, we are encouraging both owners and renters to take photos and report them here so that we can better address faster repairs before small issues balloon into bigger ones.

If you see something, take a photo and let us know where the damage is. These photos will create a task list for our maintenance staff to follow through. 

However, please review all postings for your damage report before sharing the same info so that we can avoid duplicate tasks. Repeats will slow down our repair turnaround time.
