Welcome.

Join us in our efforts as we endeavor to increase engagement, build resident satisfaction within our community, and provide homeowners access to the documentation to which they are entitled, as stated in RCW 64.90 and in light of the recent changes outlined in the Washington Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act (WUCIOA).

This website is a work in progress as we begin to achieve state, county, and city compliance. As we progress, our primary goal is to better serve the needs of this complex and its residents by fostering transparency.

Please familiarize yourself with the recent additions of this site, and thank you for your patience in our journey to improve communications within our community.

On this site, you can find more information for:

All Residents

All Residents are subject the posted House Rules.

All Residents have the ability to report maintenance issues, including renters, as they are the first onsite to catch the damage quickly. Photos and locations of damage are required so we can send it as a task to our maintenance guy.

Homeowners

Contains detailed summaries of the relevant portions of WUCOIA, which are provided to promote understanding and accessibility of the new laws that govern our HOA. Other legal documentation is provided, as well as a section wherein homeowners have a list of vetted vendors and contractors to perform work in their units.

Association Management

This section is for all homeowners as it pertains to their participation in the Association. Motions for Discussion provides a means for members to review the merits of new actionable decisions. These decisions will be made by Voting Without A Meeting via surveys; that schedule is available for review. Members will receive surveys to cast votes that will the final decision for our property manager to proceed with.

Records, information regarding volunteering, the Board of Directors, vendors with Sunset Ridge with active contracts are also found here.

Community

This section pertains to all issues related to the community that are not maintenance reports or motions for discussion (which the association must vote upon).
